This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with MyMirrorLove are processed and delivered.
MyMirrorLove currently ships orders exclusively within the Netherlands and Germany. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed and the required photo has been uploaded by the customer. The total processing and delivery time, including personalization, production, and shipment, is three to five business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information is provided to the customer via email. MyMirrorLove works with DHL and DPD as shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or public holidays. MyMirrorLove is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer only when the goods are delivered and received by the customer or a person designated by the customer.
